What Sizes Is The Dog Jewelry?
XSmall 5"- 6.5"
Small 6" - 9"
Medium 9" - 12"
Large 12" - 16"
XLarge 16" - 21.5"
When measuring your dogs neck please add 1/2 inch to 1 inch or with long hair dogs up to 2 inches, to determine the size of jewelry that would fit your dog comfortable. Or measure dogs collar and add 1 to 2 inches for the hang of the necklace. Another way of measuring your dogs neck is to place 2 fingers inside of the tape measure while measuring.
Example: Your dogs neck measures 7" you would buy a small, if it's neck measured 9" you would buy a Medium.
Please remember this is dog jewelry not a dog collar. Please make sure to supervise your pet when they are wearing any type of accessories.

Does Dogs N Dames Jewelry Take Custom Orders For Different Sizes?
Yes we do, our ladies bracelets come only a 7" bracelet. Please email us if you need a different size.

No, we do not.
What Payment Methods Can I Use?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover Card through our online Paypal account. You do not have to have a Paypal account to shop with us. We use a Paypal shopping cart and when you check out if you do not have a Paypal account if will let you us you credit card as usual.
Can I Have My Package Shipped To A Different Address?
We do not like to ship to different address, but we do. If you request your package to be shipped to a different address from your billing address, we may contact you via email, this is to help protect you against credit card fraud.
How Long Does It Take To Get My Jewelry?
As you know this is all hand made jewelry, we try to keep up on our orders. We do ship with 24 hours if the jewelry is made and ready to go. Sometimes due to high demand or we may need to reorder supplies it could take up to 4 to 6 weeks. Please be patient, if we cannot ship your order out to you (meaning leave our office) within 5 business days we will email you and let you know.
Do You Sell Charms Separately?
Not at this time but we plan on having Charms for sale soon.
Do You Have A Printed Catalog?
No, I am sorry to say we do not at this time.
What Are Your Return Policies?
At Dogs N Dames Jewelry we pride ourselves in not shipping out the wrong item or damaged goods we hand wrap and package each item and inspect it before it has shipped. If you receive your package and your items is the wrong item from what you had ordered, you must contact us by email @ cs@dogsndamesjewelry.com within 5 business of receiving your package, so we can assist you in a return for an exchange. Exchanges are only done for sizing of item. Please see our sizing chart we will charge you for shipping, if there is a difference in price we will work that out as a refund, credit or charge to your account. We must do all sales are final do to this is custom jewelry.
